A midsummer beer & cider festival with a rollicking great atmosphere.
Now in its magnificent seventh year, with 60+ beautifully conditioned ales, a dozen ciders, lots of great local bands, and some of the best pies in Yorkshire!
 
Tickets available in advance or just roll up, £7 a ticket which includes entry, 2 beer tokens, commemorative glass and souvenir programme, half price for CAMRA members.

Yorkshire Beer and Food Festival

20 x local Traditional Beers and Ciders

A Range of locally produced food available all day.

Easy listening music through the afternoon & live band in evening.

Tickets £6 for afternoon session.

 

 All festival tickets include a half pint glass and free half pint of beer of your choice.

Afternoon session 12pm to 6pm

St Patricks Day Beer Festival

At Bishopthorpe  Sports and social club.

The 6th annual St Patricks Beer Festival on the weekend of Friday March 17th to Sunday 19th.

There will be 12 real ales with choices from Green King – Patron Saints Ale, Belhaven – Grand Slam, Hadrian Border – Ouseburn Porter, Abbeydale – Absolution, Old Mill – March Mist, Black Sheep – Special Ale, St Peters – Hoppy T’ale, G2 – Orion, Chantry – Teaser, Otter – Spring, Spire – HoPink Mad and Treboom – Spring Blonde

And 3 ciders to choose from – Duddas Tun – Cherry, Orchard Pig – Hog Father and Snailsbank – Orchard Dry.

The festival starts at 6pm on the Friday night with music later on in the evening from local blues band “Up in Smoke”. Saturday kicks off at 12 noon until midnight with all the days sporting action on the TVs and big screen with music later on in the evening.

Sunday once again starts at midday to finish off whatever is left!

FREE ENTRY ALL WEEKEND – ALL WELCOME

York Beer & Cider festival 2016

The Festival will be held from Wednesday 14th September 5.30 – 11pm  – Thursday 15th – Saturday 17th  September  12 – 11pm  on York Knavesmire but at a different location.

The Festival will be sited in the new purpose built “Course Enclosure” directly opposite the Grandstand on the other side of the race track.

Festival begins on the Friday from 5pm and all day Saturday and Sunday from 12noon. There will be 12 cask ales on offer over the bank holiday weekend.

There will be live music on the Friday night from The Edukators and then more live music on Sunday from 4pm from Christopher Schofield, an acoustic guitarist.
