In Leeds we will meet at 12:15pm, Royal oak,(Formerly Dirty Dicks). 2 Clare Rd, Halifax HX1 2HX. 7 minute walk from the station.
Grade II-listed building constructed in 1931 using the timbers from HMS Newcastle. Nine real ales are generally available, eight sourced from a changing range of microbreweries.
From here we can then plan our route.
Saturday 6th Town & country Pub of the Season (Winter) Presentation to Blacksmiths Arms, Lastingham. Calling at Grapes, Slingsby. Royal Oak, Nunnington. Blacksmiths Arms, Lastingham. 2pm, Black Swan, Pickering and Brass Castle Tap, Malton.
Bus departs Leeman Road, Memorial Gardens at 11:30am, return by 7:30pm. Cost £10
Saturday 30th:Xmas Walk. Hutton Ambo to Bay Horse, Burythorpe for Lunch. Followed by a short ramble to Jolly Farmers, Leavening. 7 Miles in total.

The 22nd Annual Beer Festival with over 80 real ales.
They will have live music and home made scrumptious food.

Bus tour to the CAMRA Pub of the Year George & Dragon at Hudswell, Near Richmond.
This pub was named National CAMRA Pub of the Year for 2016. It has a large beer terrace offering fantastic panoramic views over the Swale valley.
Rescued and refurbished by the community in 2010 .
Plan is to visit Masham several pubs on offer and Blue Bell, near Boroughbridge.
Depart Leeman Road Memorial Gardens at 11am to get back into York for 7pm
